2019 Invited to join a four-year (2019-2023) interdisciplinary international research collaboration funded by CAPES, The Brazilian Office of Postgraduate Studies to start protocols in collaboration on positive emotions, art and neuroscience, and its effect on wellbeing. With Paulo Boggio Sergio, Professor of Neuroscience at the Mackenzie Presbyterian University, Sao Paolo, Brazil, Thalia Wheatley, Associate Professor of Psychological and Brain Sciences at Cornell University, Walter Sinnott-Armstrong, Professor of Practical Ethics at Duke University, Diana Tamir, Assistant Professor of Psychology at Princeton University, and June Gruber, Assistant Professor of Psychology at University of Colorado Boulder- travel to Alagoas and Amazonia to study quilombolas and indigenous tribes.
